Arts News Newsletter
Since the year 2000 the Fredericton Arts Alliance has provided a free electronic weekly bulletin, the FAA ARTSNews, to individuals and groups interested in knowing about news and events from the arts community. As of January 2011 there were over 1450 subscribers. Many others receive the newsletter indirectly via arts organizations or forwarding by individuals, so it is impossible to say exactly how broad the readership is -- for sure, it includes professional and amateur artists, arts organizations, educators, government workers, students and the general public.
The main purpose of the News is to provide
the most comprehensive
possible listing of arts news and arts events happening in the
Fredericton
region. To submit a notice of an event, send an email to the editor, at
artsnews@nb.sympatico.ca.
